This Bonus Policy governs all bonus promotions offered by Buran. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions of use and applies to any No-Deposit Bonus, Deposit Bonus, Free Spins, Free Bets and other promotional offers presented by Buran. By participating in any promotion, you agree to comply with this policy and the accompanying general terms and conditions.
To be eligible for any bonus, a Buran account must be fully registered and verified. Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Real money funds are used before bonus funds when a bonus is active on the account. Certain jurisdictions may be restricted from receiving bonuses; eligibility is determined by the company in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Only one bonus offer may be active per person, household, address, email, IP address, payment method, or electronic device. The company reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any individual or group. If multiple accounts or sources are used to obtain bonuses, the bonuses and any winnings may be forfeited and accounts may be closed.
Buran offers several promotional formats, including No-Deposit Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins and Free Bets. Each offer comes with its own wagering requirements, validity period and restrictions, which are described in the specific promotional terms for that offer. Bonuses are promotional only and do not constitute a loan or investment.
Bonuses must be explicitly claimed and activated in the customer account before any wagering can contribute toward the required wagering total. Wagering requirements must be completed prior to any withdrawal of funds derived from the bonus. Real money funds are used before bonus funds when a bonus is active. Winnings generated from bonuses are withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been satisfied, in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
Wagering contributions apply to the bonus amount and are counted only on games that are eligible under the specific promotion. The following contributions apply, subject to promotional terms: Slots contribute toward wagering; some other game categories may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded. Live Casino games, and certain table games, may not count toward wagering unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. The exact counting rules are set out in the individual offer terms and can vary by promotion.
While a bonus is active, the following bet limits apply unless a promotion states otherwise: minimum bet per spin/bet is €0.50 (or currency equivalent); maximum bet per spin/bet is €5. Bets placed that do not meet these thresholds will not count toward wagering and any winnings may be forfeited. Certain games may be restricted from contributing to wagering, and the operator reserves the right to adjust eligible games at any time.
Bonuses are valid for 10 days from the date of activation unless the promotion terms state otherwise. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account. The company may also cancel bonuses that have not been fully utilized within the validity window.
After meeting wagering requirements, the bonus funds can be converted into real money and withdrawn. The withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is subject to caps and may be restricted to the equivalent of specific limits, as described in the promotion terms. In many cases, winnings derived from bonuses are capped at a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, up to five times the bonus amount). Any amount exceeding such caps will be voided prior to withdrawal. Where applicable, bonuses must be redeemed in a manner that uses withdrawable real money before bonus funds.
No-Deposit bonuses have separate caps and conditions. Typical limits may include: a maximum withdrawable amount from no-deposit bonus winnings of €50 / C$70 / 570 kr / 70R$ / 250 zł / NZ$90 / A$85 / 50 CHF / 1000 KZT; winnings may be converted to real money up to five times the bonus amount; and a separate 10-day validity window may apply. If the no-deposit bonus is claimed in error or is misused, bonuses and winnings are liable to be forfeited.
All winnings from any deposit bonus are limited to five times the bonus amount. After wagering requirements are met and the bonus funds are converted to real money, withdrawals shall occur in the following order: withdrawable real money first, then the converted bonus funds. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, the bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed from the account.
Winnings from free spins, including those acquired through daily bonus maps or deposit promotions, may be subject to separate caps. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn after converting free spin winnings to real money is capped in the respective offer terms. Any excess beyond the stated caps will be forfeited prior to withdrawal.
Live Casino games are not available when an active bonus is in effect, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
Buran maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, VPNs or masking IP addresses, colluding with others, delaying game rounds to circumvent wagering, and making bets that circumvent wagering requirements. Discovery of such activity may lead to the confiscation of bonuses and winnings and permanent account closure.
Bonuses may be restricted by country or territory. Some countries are excluded from participating in promotions. The company will determine eligibility based on residence and regulatory compliance. Changes to eligible territories may occur without prior notice in accordance with applicable laws.
Buran reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus promotion and its terms at any time. Any such changes will be implemented in accordance with applicable laws and will apply to future promotions and promotions already issued where permitted by law.
